1) Choose 1 of the cleanses from Section A
2) Choose (1 or more) item(s) (purifying catalist) from Section B
3) Choose 1 remedy from Section C, feel free to work in a new remedy to your regimen when you feel ready.
* For me I started with a Cleanse that I repeated, then slowly worked my way up from 3 Vitalzym Enzymes 3 times a day to taking 7 Vitalzym Enzymes 3 times a day (working slowly is important as it has the same effect as releasing toxins = it can feel like flu symptoms but it is your body signally the release of toxic material), I was already taking many of the vitamins listed below (E, Cal-Mag, C, B12, etc), added MSM & an Olive Leaf Extract - then as time progressed, I varied the combinations of Section C while observing my body intelligence and noticing signs of improvement. (I noticed my body started clearing fibric material within 2 weeks).
As stated below, suggested time for the completion of my personalized program was approx 6 months. Results will vary and duration adjustments should be considered depending on the size of your fibroids and any additional contributing conditions.

2475 B12/Folic Acid Drops,This combination can be a very effective revitalizer. Vitamin B-12 (Cobalamin) helps to maintain a healthy nervous system, and helps in the prevention of pernicious anemia.
